IMPROVENERGY SOLUTIONS LTD is a UK-based company that operates under the ECO4 and Great Britain Insulation schemes. These schemes provide property funding and set an Improvement options plan for an Energy Performance Certificate rating lower than D. Our mission is to improve household energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions to create a sustainable environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Administrator role. Our company installs ECO4 and GBIS projects on domestic properties in the United Kingdom and Scotland. The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing projects, preparing sales documents, and maintaining records. They assist with online applications, resolve or escalate complaints, generate sales reports, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.

Job Description

  • The job involves providing information to customers on the services;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads, helping customers apply online through social media and the website.
  • Fields telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team; 
  • Prepares sales invoices, quotations, proposals, and contracts and maintains records and accounts of sales activity; 
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation;
  • Handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant members of the sales team; 
  • Carries out general sales and marketing administrative duties.
  • Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends and performance gaps.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

  • Minimum one year’s experience as a Sales Admin 
  • Strong ability to multitask 
  • Ability to relocate to the United Kingdom
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanour
  • IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands) or equality Degree (taught in English) from the United Kingdom

•       28 days annual leave, excluding bank holidays 

•       Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (with 30min to 45min break), depending on weekly 37.5 hours weekly rota.

•       Salary(£30,000.00 to 39,000.00) per annum
