Role Description

This is a Web Designer full-time hybrid role for the office based in Oldham. Our company currently doing installation under ECO4 grant. Web designer will update the website according to new requirements and shares the latest information of new Government OFGEM department rules to the website to inform customers on daily basis. Also Website designer will connect website to different social media platforms to increase web traffic to bring sales.

Qualifications and Job Description

Liaises with internal team in order to define the requirements for the website; Presents design options to the sales and marketing team; Designs web pages including graphics, animation and functionality to maximise visual effectiveness and facilitate appropriate access; Develops the website and applications; Connecting the website to different social media platforms to bring more traffic. Establishes methods to ensure appropriate website security and recovery; Copywriting, designing and publishing content for the website; Responsible for creating the design and layout of a website or web pages Creating Photoshop design files for front end and visual layout. Collecting and analysing data on website usage to improve performance

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include: Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Website Strong ability to multitask Ability to relocate to united kingdom Friendly and upbeat demeanour IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands) Any Certification or Diploma in Web Designing

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Plasterer job. Our company installs Internal wall insulation and external wall insulation measurers on properties in United Kingdom and Scotland. The applicant must have to coordinate with team to book a property for installation and complete work on the given time frame. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate with office team and also installation team.

Qualifications and Job Description

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.

Mixes, or directs the mixing of, plaster to desired consistency. Applies and smoothest one or more coats of plaster and produces a finished surface, using hand tools or mechanical spray.

Pours liquid plaster into mould to cast ornamental plaster work. Measures, cuts, installs and secures plaster board and/or ornamental plasterwork to walls and ceilings. Covers and seals joints between boards and finishes surface. Checks surface level using line, spirit level and straight edge. Prepare corner beads and securing them in position. Estimates the amount of materials needed for a job Prepare surfaces and level off uneven areas

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Oldham. The Office Manager is responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the company, including providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment and supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee sub-contractors and book installations
  • Booking with customers for Installations and also handling customer complaints.
  • Greet visitors at the office and answer calls from customers.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail, and also send mails to customers through post or email.
  • Support the Operations Manager in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport.
  • Advises on the handling of correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales and marketing records.
  • Ordering stationary, IT Equipment and marketing material
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Processing invoicing and managing office budget
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are up to date
  • Attending meetings with the Operations manager and Director.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Oldham. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing creative solutions across a range of media types, including print and digital. The day-to-day tasks may include creating advertising materials, designing social media posts and other branding assets, typography and layout design, and image editing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
  • Designing social media posts, flyers and banners to engage more customers
  • Creating energy efficiency measures pictorial design to attract more customers.
  • Produce rough drafts and present your ideas to the team
  • Prepare sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes and other mock-ups to show clients and discuss any required alterations.
  • Liaises with the team to clarify the aims of the project brief, and discusses media, software and technology to be used.
  • Liaises with other team members to ensure graphic designs fit with other elements, processes and timescales.
  • Creating ECO4 scheme marketing material according to market demand.
  • Making Presentations and designing company procedure documents.
  • Undertake research into projects, consider previous related projects and compare the cost of using different processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphics Designing
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands)
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
  • Diploma or Certification in Computer Graphics
  • Strong skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Social media post-design
