Improvenergy Solutions Ltd is a UK-based company that operates under the ECO4 scheme in the United Kingdom. This scheme provides funding for properties and sets an Improvement options plan for an Energy Performance Certificate rating lower than D. Our mission is to improve energy efficiency in households and reduce carbon emissions to create a sustainable environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Oldham. The Office Manager is responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the company, including providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment and supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee sub-contractors and book installations
  • Booking with customers for Installations and also handling customer complaints.
  • Greet visitors at the office and answer calls from customers.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail, and also send mails to customers through post or email.
  • Support the Operations Manager in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport.
  • Advises on the handling of correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales and marketing records.
  • Ordering stationary, IT Equipment and marketing material
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Processing invoicing and managing office budget
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are up to date
  • Attending meetings with the Operations manager and Director. 

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an office manager
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanour
  • IELTS minimum level of B1 (4.5 bands)
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems

•       28 days annual leave excluding bank holidays

•       Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (with 30min to 45min break) depending on weekly 37.5 hours weekly rota.

•       Salary(£26,500 to £28,500)
